Cookie Policy

This policy explains how the ADDA website (ind.adda.io) uses cookies and similar technologies, what each category is used for, and how you can control your choices at any time.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage and scripts that record or transmit usage information. Together, they allow a website to remember choices you have made and to understand how the site is being used.

Why this website uses them

We use these technologies for two purposes only: to keep the website working correctly and secure, and — where you have given permission — to measure how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Necessary technologies

These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include technologies that keep the site secure, protect our forms from spam and abuse, and store your cookie preference so we do not ask you again on every page. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser's local storage and is not used for tracking.

Analytics and marketing technologies

These are optional and are switched off until you accept them. They are used for website analytics, traffic measurement and campaign attribution — that is, understanding which pages visitors view and how visitors reached our website. We use a single combined "Analytics & Marketing" category because these tags are delivered together through a tag management container.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a tag management service used to load and manage measurement tags on this website. On this website, Google Analytics is currently implemented through the Google Tag Manager container GTM-NJHBXXHQ. The container is not loaded at all until you grant Analytics & Marketing consent.

Google Analytics

When analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions and to produce aggregated usage reports. We also use Google Consent Mode, so Google tags are explicitly signalled that analytics, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are denied until you accept.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity may be used to help us understand how visitors interact with this website — for example which pages are viewed, how people scroll and click, and where they run into difficulty. This helps us improve the website experience. Clarity is not installed directly in our website code; it is delivered through our Google Tag Manager configuration, so it can only operate after you grant Analytics & Marketing consent.

When active, Clarity may use technologies including first-party cookies such as _clck and _clsk. If you withdraw consent, Clarity is no longer loaded and these first-party cookies are cleared where technically possible.

Zoho attribution / UTM tracking

We use a Zoho lead-attribution script that records campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid) in cookies so that, if you later contact us through a form, we can understand which campaign brought you to us. This script is treated as optional tracking and is not loaded before you grant Analytics & Marketing consent.

UTM information stored in browser storage

Where consent has been granted, the website also stores campaign parameters from the URL in your browser's local storage so that attribution is preserved as you navigate between pages. Without consent, this storage is not created. If you withdraw consent, this storage is removed.

reCAPTCHA and security technologies

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is loaded only on pages that contain the protected form and is classified as necessary security functionality, because the form cannot be safely operated without it.

How you can accept or reject cookies

The first time you visit, a consent banner is shown with three options: accept all optional cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage your preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit your use of the website — only measurement and attribution technologies are affected.

How you can change your preferences

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting here or in the website footer. If you withdraw consent, optional tags are no longer loaded on future page views, and first-party analytics and attribution storage created by this website is cleared where technically possible. You can also delete cookies directly in your browser settings.

Third-party technologies

Optional technologies on this website are provided by Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Microsoft (Clarity, delivered through Google Tag Manager) and Zoho (lead attribution and forms). These providers process data under their own privacy terms. Some pages also embed content or forms hosted by these providers.

Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this policy as our website or the technologies we use change. When the change is material, we ask for your consent again. The version currently in effect is the one published on this page.
